The Core Shooter Machine is used to make cores with laminated sand and is applicable to both hot and cold core boxes. The characteristics of the Core Shooter Machine are the application of two guide pillars, vertical parting of the open and closed mold, simultaneous installation of two different molds, the middle fixed frame can be installed on both sides of the fixed mold, left and right open and closed mold (equivalent to double mold frame). The working principle of core shooting machine is to shoot the core sand mixture with liquid or solid thermosetting resin as binder into the heated core box, the sand core is preheated in the core box and quickly hardened to a certain thickness, which is taken out to form the finished sand core with smooth surface and precise size.
